I have my various photography portfolios on my phone, because you just never know who you might meet on a given day.<\/p>\n

I was assigned to photograph a flat tenanted by music students and we started a conversation. I whipped my iPhone and showed them my music portfolio while mentioning how much I love doing photo shoots with musicians.<\/p>\n

Can’t do a school photoshoot without a paper airplane fight. I’m sure these behaviours were totally out of character and that Ross, Sam and Rohan were very attentive students<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Sure enough, one of the students present said he was forming a band with two other Napier University students and that there were going to look to get some promotional photos.<\/p>\n

I had wanted to hide behind a textbook a few times when I was a University lecturer.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

For the third set-up we went for photos with less of a school theme (apart from the background obviously)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I really like the interaction between the band members in this photo. As far as I can tell, it reflects their different personalities quite well.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
